Everything was really good, had a very lovely stay for one night. It had a magnificent location - right by Church of st Luke. Moreover, it's close to the next nearest pub, Boston and the Booking centre.

This place ticks all the boxes and is definitely worth checking out. You'll love how it's conveniently located near Newark and Lincoln, with a cozy restaurant and lovely garden right next door. Plus, being tucked away from the main road makes it super easy to locate 🌿.

The hotel was run by a family who were affable, helpful and hard working. The breakfasts were good, we enjoyed them. It was our first visit to the area and the hotel seemed well placed to take in the local places of interest of which there are many. The shower in the room was good.
The room was small and heated by a powerful storage heater which the well meaning, I am sure, staff kept turning on. The room was unbearably and one of the beds was pushed against the storage heater making it unusable for several hours after our late return to the hotel. There was no room to move the bed so no respite. There was no room for a wardrobe but the room had a device in the corner on which clothes could be hung but it was limited, low and unstable. We had a formal event to attend and found the device inadequate - particularly after it had fallen over. The only place for the kettle was next to this clothes area with the obvious difficulty that brought. We only had small overnight bags which was fortunate as there would have been no room for suitcases. It was really a good single room with two beds in it. Our room was in an annexe and was the only room we saw.

Convenience. Close to Sleaford where my meeting was being held. Good food, lovely clean room with all mod cons with friendly pub 20 yards away. What more could a business traveller possibly want.

The vegetarian breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options and was fantastic, and our accommodation was nicely designed with Wi-Fi, en-suite bathroom, and coffee.

Clean with friendly owners and the breakfast was very good. No problems and would definitely stay there again. Car park at rear so no problems there, pub next door was ok and not a problem with noise etc.
No problem with the motel. North Kyme itself is short of things to do so stay there and use the motel as a base and go explore.
